Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping! No matter where you are, we’ll do our best to get your order to your doorstep.

How long does shipping take?

Europe: 2–5 business days
USA/Canada: 7–10 business days
Asia: 10–14 business days
Australia/NZ: 10–15 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Returns

How do I return an item?

You can return an item within [14/30] days of receiving it.
To start the return process, you can either:

Use our Return Center and follow the instructions, or
Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be unused and in original condition.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item, it usually takes 3–5 business days to inspect and process your refund. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s done.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
